Screwfix Live 2014

Timberland PRO are among the exhibitors at this year’s Screwfix Live event with a range of new safety footwear and workwear. In addition to seeing the latest safety footwear and workwear, visitors to the stand will be able to enter a prize draw for a Timberland PRO 105 jacket and a pair of Splitrock safety boots, together worth £250.

Susan Peverelli, product manager for Timberland PRO Footwear, said: “Timberland PRO has built its reputation on providing people at work in trades right across the UK with a wide range of products that set the standard in terms of style, quality, comfort and performance. We are delighted to be unveiling our latest work/life inspired products – from safety boots to gilets, jackets and multi-pocket trousers – at Screwfix Live 2014.”

Eight Timberland PRO products will be featured including the Splitrock PRO Safety Boot. This range of leather water resistant safety boots are composed of a steel toe cap, anti-puncture steel midsole and a nitrile outsole to ensure slip and heat resistance up to 300 degrees C. For protection on more rugged sites, Timberland PRO has updated and improved its Traditional Wide.

New clothing lines featured on the stand will include multi pocket work trousers, as well as jackets and gilets incorporate technical fibres designed to offer the makersa say improved comfort, flexibility and freedom of movement for work indoors or out.

“The Screwfix Live event is a great opportunity for visitors to come and see why Timberland PRO has developed the reputation it has for designing and creating protective footwear and clothing designed to work as hard as its owners with products that are comfortable, made to last and have style,” added Susan Peverelli.
