CIS Security report an extension of their relationship with GVA, the property management firm in the Midlands and South West. The portfolio, worth about £6m over the contract term, sees CIS providing security services at over ten properties across the region including a number of stand-out developments.
One such site is GVA’s flagship Brindleyplace, a mix of old and new buildings and leisure spaces in central Birmingham, including squares and waterside locations. CIS will be providing their services in Birmingham’s Axis building, with occupants including Ofsted and English Heritage, and Victoria Square House, which is one of Virgin Trains’ offices. The portfolio covers Cheltenham, Cannock, Exeter, Cardiff and also the historic Temple Quay, another mixed use developments in Bristol, pictured.
Amanda McCloskey, Sales and Marketing Director of CIS Security, said: “Having worked with GVA for over ten years, CIS Security are proud to have been awarded this significant part of GVA’s growing portfolio. I see this as strengthening our partnership with a distinguished client and amplifying our national coverage, increasing our visibility as a Security service provider.”
And Alan Prince at GVA said: ”We welcome CIS Security to this important part of our portfolio having been impressed with their progressive approach and confident handling of contracts in other parts of our business. I look forward to working with them to continually improve security and customer experience at these important sites.”
