The facilities management contractor The Westgrove Group has recruited a new Operations Director to head its service delivery function. Luanne Hall, pictured, has worked in facilities management across a range of sectors.
Luanne, from Hale in Cheshire, moved to the UK from South Africa in 2005 where she ran her own facilities services business.
Westgrove, based in Warrington in the North West, specialises in security, cleaning and security services in high footfall destinations such as shopping centres, corporate offices, and mixed use and retail across the UK.
The company has a service delivery product, Synergy by Westgrove, which focuses on providing added value bespoke to a client’s needs. Contract wins include the recent appointment as Cleaning and PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) provider at Doncaster and Sheffield Airport; a move into a new sector for the company.
Claire McKinley Smith, Managing Director of The Westgrove Group, said: “Due to the rapid growth of the business over the last few years it was imperative we reinforced our operations at a strategic level. Luanne’s wealth of experience within facilities management in the UK, as well as owning her own business in South Africa, will add real value to the business.
“Our people are what makes us special and we feel that in Luanne we have found someone with the all-important Westgrove DNA. I’m sure she will play a key role in the future of the company.”
And Luanne said: “I’m looking forward to building on to and becoming part of such a forward thinking and successful company whose values and beliefs align with mine.”
