Mobile patrol service

by Mark Rowe

KCS, the Bolton, Greater Manchester-based guarding company, reports that following a year of sustained new client wins they have decided to upgrade their mobile patrol service.

Paul Hayes, Operations Director said: “Our vehicle selection criteria covered more than cost and image; efficiency, economy and reliability are more important factors for our company. Our ethos is built around providing a quality and professional service which needs to be conveyed through the equipment we use.”

The company says that it has been continually improving all facets of its performance: staff training, and investment in communication, and IT/technology. As part of this process the company evaluated its vehicle fleet. This led the management to invest in a fleet of the Renault Clio Diesel. This vehicle offers excellent fuel efficiency, which is good for not only KCS, their clients but also the environment, the firm says.

Phil Thompson, MD said: “These new vehicles will improve the efficiency of our response and improve on our already first-class customer service but will also help maintain our excellent safety record.”
