Incentive Lynx Security, the security services arm of the London-based facilities management company Incentive FM Group, is among the finalists in the Employer of the Year category in the Camden Business Awards.
The FM company points to its contract at Kings Cross within the London borough. The criteria include flexible and/or family friendly working policies, environmentally friendly working practices, provision of the London Living Wage and a commitment to local recruitment. Companies are also credited for a commitment to investing in diversity, skills and well-being of employees.
Winners are announced at a ceremony on Tuesday, June 2, at the Rosewood Hotel in Holborn.
