The 2012 IFSEC awards were presented at a dinner on the Monday night of the show by sports broadcasters Mark Lawrenson and Dan Walker after a black tie dinner. The IFSEC Security Industry Awards 2012 winners were:

 

 

CCTV Camera Equipment of the Year: Pelco by Schneider Electric – Sarix Thermal Imaging

CCTV System of the Year (excluding cameras and lens): Ipsotek – Tag and Track

Intruder Alarm or Exterior Deterrent Product of the Year: Visonic – PowerMaster-30 G2

Physical Security Product of the Year: Mul-T-Lock UK – Watchlock

Access Control Product of the Year (including biometrics): Codegate – ePod

Communication Product of the Year: Tesor Plus Corporation – SM-500

Integrated Security Product of the Year: AD Network Video – FireVu Solution

Security Project or Security Installation of the Year: Siemens – PPG Chemicals automated wide surveillance

Guarding Service Delivery to the Customer: Interr Security – Nido Student Living

Best Policing Partnership of the Year: Glasgow Community & Safety Services – Glasgow Community & Safety Services project

 

An Outstanding Contribution to the Security Industry Award went to Alun John, CEO of distributors Norbain Group.
