Head office move

by Mark Rowe

Axis Group has moved to a new head office building in London, bringing the senior management and administration of its security, cleaning and reception services businesses into one location.

Jonathan Levine, The Group’s CEO, says: “The business has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months, and this has meant investing further in our infrastructure and resources to manage what has become a truly nationwide service. Creating a new showpiece headquarters that better reflects the culture and values of the business has long been our ambition,” he continues. “Now we have been able to realise that ambition with a new facility that allows for greater collaboration and integration across the Group, and creates a more professional environment in which we can better promote the full range of services we deliver for our clients from our nine regional offices.”

The Axis Group comprises: a security services business, Axis Security, that delivers manned guarding, key holding, mobile patrols, and electronic security; specialist contract cleaning services and property maintenance and cleaning supplies from Axis Cleaning and Support Services; and a reception services business under the a brand, Acuity. Axis’ visitors are greeted by an Acuity receptionist.

The new headquarters, in Islington, includes office space plus meeting rooms, a boardroom and a presentation suite in which training is delivered for employees working in specific areas of the business. Jonathan says that the move follows a re-branding exercise completed last year: “It is the final step in our planned strategy to show that we are different, that we offer our customers something bespoke, and that we provide services that are flexible and in tune with what the market demands. The offices also provide the perfect environment in which to train our staff, and allow us plenty of room to expand as the company continues to grow.”

New address: 361-373 City Road, London EC1 V1LR, 020 7520 2100. Visit axis-groupservices.co.uk.
