Front of house division

Having provided reception and concierge services as part of their security offering for many years, the contract guarding company CIS has now developed a specialist division, CIS Front of House.

Besides providing a talent selection and training service aimed at providing front of house representatives for clients in the corporate, educational and cultural sectors, CIS Front of House also offer recommendations on experiential stimulus such as sound, scent, lighting, literature, refreshments and floral design.

They will also be offering a VIP concierge as a top tier element of their service for those requiring such services as Michelin starred dining bookings, chauffeur driven cars and private jet bookings.

London-based CIS, an ACS Pacesetters company, have appointed a new Front of House Account Manager, Sheena Pemberton.

She has worked in customer service in central London. She has as over ten years’ experience in the five star hospitality industry including working for brands such as Emirates and Rolls-Royce.

Sheena Pemberton said: “We aim to deliver a service of excellence with a personal touch. After a full evaluation of the building and tenants we “personality match” the correct Front of House to the right building using our unique model. We understand that each organisation has its own personality and its own character, and it’s important to complement this. We know that a front of house service is the first and lasting impression of your organisation. An impression is formed by a multisensory experience, and we know that the right person and combination of environmental factors can optimise this experience.

“We aim to make the clientele journey seamless and effortless. We live in a world where time is of the essence and we understand that we have a privileged opportunity to make our client’s day great. We aim to anticipate our client’s wants and needs before they are even aware of them. We understand the importance of maintaining consistency and delighting customers.”

And Amanda McCloskey, Sales and Marketing Director at CIS Front of House said: “We are proud to be launching a new division of CIS with this customer-centric approach. We know this area is of increasing importance for our customers and we have therefore responded by developing a relevant service that we are confident will provide a brand and business benefit.
