FM chairman

The support services firm Emprise Services plc has appointed David Openshaw as its new chairman.

Mr Openshaw has had a career in the facilities management industry dating back to 1975. Before his retirement from ISS in 2014, he held senior positions in the UK at group level and latterly as CEO of ISS North America. Mr Openshaw said: “I have been aware of Emprise for many years and have always been impressed by the company’s reputation and approach to service delivery. Emprise has built a terrific new team, which I am very much looking forward to supporting as it enters its next phase of development.”

Mark Beadle, Emprise’s chief executive, said: “I am absolutely delighted that David has joined us to lead our board of directors at such an exciting time for the business. David has an exceptional track record of leadership within our industry and his experience and guidance will be a huge asset to our company.”
