Directors join Cordant

by Mark Rowe

At the contractor Cordant Services, Jaimie Potts, pictured, joins the company as Facilities Solutions Director and Jonathon Mackie takes up the post of Facilities Sales Director.

Both the new directors have relevant and complementary commercial experience. Jaimie has a background in finance and business. Previously, he worked for the contract company Interserve as a Commercial Manager where he managed financial inputs into bids as well as commercial management of FM contracts.

Jonathon has a track record for winning large TFM contracts. Before joining Cordant he worked for G4S as the Business Development Director. He was responsible for winning many public sector contracts for outsourced services. At Cordant, Jonathan will be responsible for leading the sales team.

Jamie Reynolds at Cordant said: “We’re confident that Jonathon and Jaimie will make a massive contribution to our continued success. We now have 23 high calibre people in our sales team and a dynamic service offering for our clients. We are all set to take our strategic plans to the next level by securing more contracts and fuelling the growth of our business.”

This news follows an announcement, earlier in the year, that Cordant is also investing millions of pounds in its technology and infrastructure so that the business can offer what it terms a fully transparent solution and a strong collaborative approach to customer relationships. Mobile technology is being put at the forefront the firm says.
