Churchill Services Group reports the acquisition of AOS Security Ltd, to continue, the Hertfordshire-based contractor says, the strategy of establishing a stronger profile in the security industry.
AOS offers manned, mobile, covert and technical security services within rail, construction, corporate, retail and healthcare sectors in the UK, with a focus in the South East. AOS’ client list includes Transport for London, Chiltern Railways, RNIB and ZSL London Zoo. Churchill points to its strategy to establish itself as a service solutions business, with a combined turnover exceeding £140m.

Darren Read, Managing Director at AOS, will take up a Managing Director role of Churchill Security Solutions after the acquisition. Churchill (which has this year been ranked as one of the UK’s largest mid-market growth companies in the 2017 Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250) delivers services such as cleaning, window cleaning, and catering, for example to LSBU (London South Bank University).
