Fire

Web resource

The residential Fire and Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarms manufacturer Aico Ltd has a new resource on its website: the Tech Hub. That’s a blog-style resource created with the aim of keeping customers up to do date with the latest in the Fire and CO industry, including changes or updates to standards, best practice and seasonal topics, as well as new developments at the company.

Content for the Tech Hub will be written by a range of Aico personnel, providing insight into company departments, how they operate and the challenges they face on a day to day basis. Aico will be welcoming customer input, whether a topic suggestion or an article provided by a customer.

Aico Managing Director Neal Hooper says: “At the heart of Aico is the mantra of Quality, Service and Innovation. We provide a range of customer resources, from our Expert Installer training, through to brochures, advice driven videos and apps, including the latest Handybook App for contractors. The Tech Hub is a more informal means of conveying information we believe our customers will benefit from, and further enriches the service we provide.”

Aico’s Tech Hub is now live on its recently redesigned website at www.aico.co.uk/techhub.

Aico’s website also details product and alarm technology, with a selection of information and support tools, such as a new Fire and CO Alarm Selector for producing alarm specifications. Visit www.aico.co.uk.
