C-TEC at Firex 2018

by Mark Rowe

The fire safety product company C-TEC reports another highly successful Firex International exhibition. The Wigan-based company not only exhibited at the three-day June 2018 show at London Excel in Docklands; it also sponsored the fifth International Tall Building Fire Safety Conference, the event for all involved in designing, managing fire risk or firefighting in tall buildings.

Afterwards, Andy Green, C-TEC’s Marketing Manager, said: “As a leading manufacturer of world-class life-safety systems, we were well-qualified to sponsor the Tall Building Conference. Delegates were also invited to a networking lunch on our stand to see live demonstrations of Hush2, the latest version of C-TEC’s revolutionary hush button fire alarm solution for flats, apartments, tower blocks and other HMOs.”

C-TEC also showcased CAST, its new own-protocol fire detection and alarm system. Created to meet demand for addressable fire systems, CAST panels are designed to integrate with a range of C-TEC-manufactured fire detectors, sounders, call points and interfaces.

Firex 2019 will run at the same venue, from June 18 to 20, alongside the IFSEC security exhibition.
