The CCTV distributor COP Security has appointed Martin Butterworth as UK Sales Manager. Heading the firm’s sales team and product range, Martin, pictured, is well known in the security equipment distribution industry, mainly for his many years at Network Video Centre and more recently, DVS.
Martin admits to being drawn to the new challenge at COP for many reasons. “I’ve been fortunate to enjoy many successful years developing CCTV suppliers’ businesses into much larger market players,” says Martin. “I aim to bring my skills and experience to COP, and build further on their established reputation for supplying great product choice backed by first class customer service.
“In particular, I am very excited about the potential of the expanding NEXUS range and COP’s recent appointment as a distributor of Dahua Technology. This new product range has very quickly proven its performance both in the marketplace and in installations across the country.”
