Pelco at Intersec 2019

by Mark Rowe

Pelco by Schneider Electric, the video surveillance product manufacturer, will be among exhibitors at Intersec 2019, in Dubai on January 20 to 22. Pelco will show soon-to-be released products and focus on how new technologies such as increased camera resolutions, cloud services, and analytics are shaping the future. Pelco will also feature updates to its VideoXpert Video Management System (VMS) platform, pictured; and the GFC Professional 4K camera.

As Pelco VMS and cameras are deployed across a range of vertical markets, the company will be showcasing multiple vertical market examples including hospitality and commercial, education and correction, oil and gas, city, traffic, and airports. The company adds that it will share how its products, services, and solutions are incorporating cyber-security, higher resolution, compression, cloud, and analytics into its VideoXpert VMS, cameras, and Professional Services.

Pelco will detail how its newly launched Professional Services provide support for integrators and end users. Customers and channel partners can gain access to staff to assist with network and system design. They can also help customers with configuration, auditing, and onsite issue troubleshooting.

In addition to the newly-released GFC Professional Pro 4k camera, nearly 20 other Pelco products, solutions, and services will be showcased during Intersec 2019. Among them are Pelco Camera Link, ExSite Enhanced cameras (explosion-proof), Optera cameras (panoramic view), Esprit Enhanced cameras (high-resolution PTZ), and the IBD cameras (corner mount). Visitors can have a hands-on demo of the GFC Pro 4K at Pelco’s Hospitality/Commercial and Traffic Monitoring solution booths.

On Monday, January 21, Pelco’s Director of Segment Marketing, Stuart Rawling, will talk on how to organise ‘data chaos’ and how connected devices impact the world. Visit www.securityinsights.pelco.com.
