Nigerian distributor

WAMA, the CCTV company based in Hong Kong, reports the appointment of Surcomtec Limited as its distributor in Nigeria. WAMA says that it aims to develop a new CCTV ecosystem. Within a year, WAMA has established distribution networks across regions, with Nigeria being the latest.

Dr Wallace Ma, CEO of WAMA Technology Ltd, said: “Entering the Nigerian market marks yet another milestone for WAMA. Nigeria is the most populated country in the continent of Africa and we are seeing a rapid growth in demand for security products in this market. By establishing a strategic partnership with Surcomtec, we aim to deliver advance, high quality and cost-effective video surveillance solutions that will meet the needs of this market.”

Obi Chibuzo, CEO of Surcomtec Limited said: “We find CCTV systems manufactured by WAMA are of very high quality, filled with interesting built-in camera features that provide more effective solutions to our customers in various sectors, and therefore we are very excited to represent them and distribute their products in Nigeria.”
