IFSEC International latest

by Mark Rowe

IFSEC International is the beast that never sleeps. It gets bigger by the day. It takes residency at ExCeL London from June 17 to 19 2014, with the rest of the Protection & Management Series. Before the doors had even closed at the NEC in May 2013 some 87 per cent of the floor plan had been sold. The floor plan for 2014 is more than 3,300sqm larger than in Birmingham and is filling up, the organisers report. More than 485 exhibitors have already committed to IFSEC for 2014.

Exhibitors returning to IFSEC on the basis that London provides a better location to do business include: Pyronix, CCTV Direct, EVVS KABA 2020 Imaging, 360 VisionTech, Elmdene, Inner Range, Keyhole Security and Meesons.

Sebastian Herrera, Managing Director, Pyronix said of the move to London: “We are delighted to be bringing Pyronix back to IFSEC. Especially with the exhibitions’ move to London it makes it even more appealing for both exhibitors and visitors alike. London will provide a truly international venue to showcase our rapidly expanding portfolio of products – IFSEC 2014 is an opportunity too good to miss.”

With 2014 offering a broader range of product areas, Safe Cities Exhibition and Conference and a designated area for installers, Security & Fire Installer Live is described by organiser as the ultimate networking event. More features are to be announced.

Peter Poole, Event Manager, IFSEC International said: “We have had extensive interest from the breadth of the UK and seen a vast influx of international exhibitors wanting to attend IFSEC International 2014. We want to produce an event where the whole industry is able to congregate, network and get the most out of their time. Not only do we have new features but our education seminars are going to be returning with industry leading speakers. It’s an exciting time for us and the industry, London gives us the opportunity to do things that have never been possible before.”

Companies interested in exhibiting at IFSEC should contact Tristan Norman, Group Sales Manager, on 020 7921 8285 or email [email protected].
