Honeywell at IFSEC

by msecadm4921

Honeywell is participating at IFSEC 2012 security trade show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, UK, from May 14 to 17 – stand E80 in hall 4.

Honeywell’s technical experts are available to provide advice and support to customers and partners. This guidance is designed to help installers and end user companies in their efforts to understand some of the industry’s complex areas including IP migration, integration, convergence and standards.

For any organisation the decision to migrate to IP is a big one, particularly in a challenging business climate. Honeywell says that its technicians will provide customers and installers with insights into the range of options available – including hybrid systems – to ensure companies are investing in cost effective systems that are future proof and can scale with their needs.

Another key area: building management systems (BMS) and physical security information management (PSIM) to bring together disparate solutions and bridge the gap between security and IT. Educating customers about the difference between integration and interoperability, and the respective benefits is also an important theme the company will address.

“IFSEC is an unparalleled opportunity for Honeywell to share ideas and guidance with our valued customers and partners. We are excited that the Honeywell support team will join us onsite to offer deep insights, technical support and advice on all aspects of the industry,” says Jeremy Kimber, Commercial Operational Marketing Leader, EMEA.

Installers or end users interested in attending Honeywell’s ‘Technical Support Clinic’ at stand E80, Hall 4 should contact [email protected] or call +44 (0)1978 754 023. For more information on Honeywell Security Group, visit www.honeywell.com/security/uk
