Grundig, the German electronics manufacturer, has added to its IP camera range. It now includes domes, vandal-resistant domes, box, bullet and PTZ dome cameras, all with 2 Megapixel, WDR chipsets for image quality. The new, panoramic, fisheye dome comes with a, 5MP CMOS sensor.Each IP camera has five privacy zones with digital noise reduction (DNR) and up to four video streams – including 1080p and 720p at 25fps and a BNC analogue output.
The bullet and vandal-resistant domes have a built-in, 3 to 9mm motorized zoom lens so zoom and focus can be remotely set up. The vandal-resistant dome also comes with a heater option for low temperature operation. Each IP camera’s alarm options include motion detection, alarm input and tamper. When an incident occurs, the cameras initiate the transfer of emails, http notifications and FTP uploads or activate their alarm output. You set up the products using an on-screen menu. For fast configuration, set up profiles can be copied from one camera to another. Privacy zone functionality complies with international privacy laws.
