SIM cards

by Mark Rowe

Whether it’s access control, CCTV or security and home automation, installers can now use SIM cards approved for security applications, report the monitored alarm signalling product manufacturer DualCom. Installers can use DualCom Gemini platform for other applications requiring what the product company terms critical connectivity. Instead of buying a SIM from a standard provider, the WorldSIM is available to purchase through the DualCom M2M Connect portal.

That portal shows usage and connectivity of a connected device via a dashboard. You can connect with the DualCom Gemini Managed Platform’s built-in warning system and have the assurance of no hidden charges or unexpected bills, the company says. Visit www.csldual.com.
