The RSI Videofied W Panel, an intruder alarm product, is now in stock through the West Yorkshire-based security distributor, Videcon Ltd.
Offering video verification, the new grade two certified alarm is aimed at the residential and small commercial markets, the distributor says. The product can deliver real time alarm notifications, snapshots and video verification through the HomEye application, available for iOS and Android devices, or to a remote monitoring station.
When the alarm is activated, ten second video clips are automatically recorded and sent to users or monitoring station operators for review. This can the firms say reduce false alarms and allow for quicker dispatch times to response services. Both internal and external PIR sensors with built in video cameras, can connect wirelessly to the panel. External Videofied equipment, including sirens, smoke sensors, key pads and door sensors are available.
