Channel partner manager

by Mark Rowe

The access security manufacturer TDSi has appointed Lee Walters as North Channel Manager. Lee, pictured, will be the direct contact for TDSi’s channel partners in the north of the UK, aiding with any sales or technical queries.

John Davies, Managing Director of TDSi said: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to the TDSi team. We already have a strong presence across the North, but Lee will be the first point of contact for any queries or assistance. TDSi only sells through its Channel Partners and we know that having a dedicated expert on hand is invaluable, providing assistance that nurtures and grows our close working relationships.”

Lee, who has worked in the security industry for over 15 years, said: “I am excited to be joining TDSi, a brand which has a justified reputation for quality and innovation, along with value for money. Channel Manager is the perfect role for me, allowing me to solve technical and operational issues, at both a ‘hands on’ and strategic level.”

As a technical project manager, Lee has over ten years’ experience in managing technical security projects, IT infrastructure projects and business change. This experience covers industries including healthcare, education and from small/medium to large-scale technological deployments, across country-wide network infrastructures.

Lee added: “I’m proud to say this varied experience has given me the ability to step into highly complex situations with minimal mandates to develop achievable results and solutions. TDSi’s systems are deployed by end users across all sectors and our partners can face challenging installations in virtually any environment – so they need support and advice from us that meets these challenges as soon as they arise.

“Undoubtedly my role requires great flexibility, helping TDSi’s partners wherever necessary, to provide an impeccable level of service. This degree of cooperation helps our partners to specify the correct systems and solutions, close deals and stay fully competitive every time.”
