Video management software has been deployed at Brasilia International Airport, the main airport in Brazil’s capital city.
Aimetis Symphony provides the airport with a single platform to upgrade the CCTV to operate over an IP network. It is a scalable system that allows new network cameras to be added as needed. The system is also the largest installation in the region to use the latest edge-storage available in network cameras from Axis Communications.

Aimetis partnered with Redisul, a leading Brazilian intstaller for project management. Redisul delivered a turnkey solution for one of the largest network video management projects in Brazil. Initially, Brasilia will install Aimetis Symphony to manage 1,000 new and existing analogue and IP cameras, with about a fifth of the cameras running Aimetis video analytics. The number of cameras is estimated to increase to 5,000 as the airport expands.
