Learning and Development Lead

OpenView Security Solutions, the Romford-based privately owned security company and also a supplier of fire, electrical and mechanical services, has appointed Jonathan Pedley as Learning and Development Lead. In this new role, he will be responsible for the development and delivery of training courses to new and existing staff as well as working to extend the company’s apprenticeships.

Jonathan, pictured, has a degree in Psychology and is a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional. He has expertise in all aspects of the learning cycle from design and development through to delivery and evaluation. He is particularly skilled in the creation of blended 70:20:10 training, and has worked for npower, British Gas and Barclays Bank.

Jonathan said: “I am very excited to have joined the OpenView Group at this time and look forward to working with everyone to develop exciting and engaging learning materials.”

Stephanie Taylor, Group HR Manager for the OpenView Group, added: “This appointment is a key part of our long term strategy and we are delighted to welcome Jonathan to the HR department. He will be working closely with the team, including subject matter experts across the business, to develop and conduct training programmes that will up-skill our workforce and enhance customer service delivery at every level.”
