ISO 9001 for Perpetuity

The Leicester-based security management trainers, Perpetuity Training Ltd have achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation.

This assessment was by the certification body, the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates Perpetuity Training’s commitment to service and quality in delivery.

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate they have a quality management systems to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to and client satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to certify required standards are being maintained.

Perpetuity Training’s Managing Director, Ken Livingstone said: “Achieving ISO 9001 status underlines the commitment we make to provide top quality training and customer service to our clients at all times.
