An Operational Requirement Course is running in Northern Ireland, presented by Tavcom and Mercury Security Management. It’s for those involved in gathering CCTV information, as new 2014 standards are now in place, including Grading and Risk Assessment. This course allows you to ensure that your system images will always meet their technical and legal purposes with police, HSE and the courts.
The course includes the latest CCTV strategy, European and International standards and Codes of Practice, a summary of the Data Protection Act, Home Office face identification criteria, the NORMAN measureable target and most importantly, practical tuition teaching you how to develop the all-important Operational Requirement. The training is aimed at consultants, installers, commissioning engineers, shopping centre managers, council operation managers, insurance loss adjusters, police, Health and Safety Executive and all who deploy CCTV or use it in their business.
