Birmingham date for installers

by Mark Rowe

CSL DualCom and IFSEC International have been announced as the two headline sponsors for the NSI Installer Summit.

On Thursday, March 20, NSI is hosting a conference and exhibition at the National Motorcycle Museum near Solihull, aimed at NSI approved security installers. This event features a bespoke seminar, exhibition and ‘Learning Zone’ aimed at providing installers with vital information on the industry and good business practice. The event has already seen over 200 registered delegates and an exhibitor list featuring manufacturers and business solution providers.

Simon Banks, Group Managing Director of CSL DualCom Group and a major supporter of the NSI Installer Summit said: “CSL DualCom have been loyal supporters of the NSI Regional Meetings and the creation of the NSI Installer Summit is a natural evolution. A fire and security event catering specifically for the installers is a major step forward. The NSI Summit offers sponsors the chance to meet a large number of NSI approved companies at a forum specifically tailored to their requirements. With over 200 NSI Installers registered to attend already, we look forward to headlining what is set to be a landmark industry event.”

IFSEC International has taken up the second headline sponsorship package. Peter Poole, Event Manager, IFSEC International said, “IFSEC International is delighted to be a headline sponsor of the NSI Installer Summit. We really value our installer community and the NSI Summit presents an opportunity to meet a large number of approved installers ahead of show in June. We’re looking forward to showcasing the benefits of IFSEC International relocating to London, whilst offering a preview of what is anticipated to be the best edition of IFSEC International yet!”

Chris Pinder, NSI External Affairs Director, added: “With a varied and informative seminar programme in addition to the exhibition and Learning Zone, this really is a great opportunity to have multiple business queries addressed at one all encompassing industry event.”

Aside from an exhibition, this event offers a ‘Learning Zone’ where installers can bring queries they may have on areas such as standards, health and safety, employment law, business finance and apprenticeships. The seminar programme offers industry updates and business updates including hints and tips on marketing your business.
