KINGS SECURITY SYSTEMS DEPLOY GRAPEVINE LIVERIED TASK FORCE VEHICLES

by msecadm4921

Kings Security took delivery of four new Grapevine liveried Task Force vehicles this month. These will be deployed alongside other Kings Mobile Patrol & Response units and will be used in support of the Post Office Ltd CViT vehicles.

Since arriving on site in January these vehicles have undergone a fairly significant transformation. The distinctive Grapevine livery includes the Grapevine logo, contact information and ‘partnership with Kings’ graphics applied to the sides and rear of the vehicle.

Statements for the use of CCTV are also applied to the front and rear and strong messages emphasizing our relationship with the Police as a partnership for ‘fighting crime and protecting people’ to each side.  Hi visibility decals have also been applied to the lover half of the vehicle to complete the look.

Enhancements have been made to their security and the ways in which these vehicles can perform and deliver.

Smashgard Safety and Security window film has been applied to the windows. This protective film will withstand attacks from numerous implements to ensure the safety and security of the driver.

All Kings vehicles are equipped with a Masternaut tracking system. This includes an intelligent mobile collection unit (MCU) that allows connection of any on-board electronic devices including alarms and door sensors. To provide added lone worker security, vehicles are fitted with panic buttons that send alerts to our control centre.

To aid with monitoring and reporting all the vehicles are equipped with on board CCTV cameras to enable recording of serious incidents.

David Pettit, Senior Security Manager to the Post Office commented ..

The Post Office are delighted with the quality of vehicle being deployed and believe that the use of such high profile vehicles will provide the CViT crews with added confidence when operating in high risk areas.
