by Mark Rowe

GJD, the manufacturer of professional external detector equipment, and Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators, will be exhibiting its full range of perimeter protection products at Security TWENTY 16 Manchester on Tuesday, July 5, at the Hilton Deansgate Hotel, Manchester.

Security TWENTY 16 is for professionals who specify security products, end users and purchasers. Visitors will learn about the latest developments in the security sector and see product demonstrations.

Ana Maria Sagra-Smith, GJD’s Sales and Marketing Director said: “ST16 expos are always well attended and we are looking forward to presenting our latest innovations.”

At stand number 53, GJD will demonstrate its Clarius Plus range of Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators. These security lights allow users to quickly and easily alter the angle of illumination to deliver angles of 10, 30, 60, 80 and 120 degrees. The design of Clarius Plus allows the user to match the angle of illumination with the camera’s field of view, making it suitable for wide and narrow applications, the makers say.

GJD’s stand will also highlight the company’s D-TECT IP range of motion detectors. The D-TECT IP provides real-time remote access, to enable monitoring and programming from anywhere, and at any time. Features include integration with VMS providers and CCTV systems, and programmable beam detection settings. Visitors will also see the D-TECT Laser sensor, which is a laser based security and safety device for perimeter protection and intruder detection. The four layer, laser scanner is available in 25m x 25m, 10m x 10m and 5m x 5m versions.
