by msecadm4921

Corps Security, one of the UK’s best known security services providers, is offering enhanced alarm monitoring services to major corporate customers using Chiron’s IRIS Secure Apps alarm-over-IP signalling technology.

IRIS is proving particularly popular among major corporate users because of its robustness, its range of management control functions and its flexibility.

Corps Security, which offers comprehensive security and monitoring services from one of the most state of the art alarm receiving centres in the UK, has installed the IRIS Secure Apps system as part of an ambitious growth strategy.

“Our monitoring operation is capturing market share very quickly and we have seen significant growth over the last year,” explains Corps Security’s CMC Business Development Director, Eric Roberts. “We have chosen IRIS Secure Apps signalling technology because it gives us real operational advantages and positions us as firmly in the corporate blue chip market.”

Corps Security opted to use the IRIS Secure Apps system after a period of rigorous assessment and feedback from major corporate users.

Chiron worked closely with Corps Security during the installation of IRIS Secure Apps. The move is part of an ongoing investment programme at Corps’ monitoring centre (CMC) in Glasgow.

“With IRIS Secure Apps we  provide our customers with important benefits such as full reporting and data on all aspects of their monitored alarms and the assurance of a highly secure, robust signalling solution”, said Eric Roberts. “The system also allows installers that we work with to provide more efficient remote servicing and maintenance for their customers.”

“IRIS Secure Apps focuses on what alarm users really want,” says Chiron’s Claire Brown.  “The system provides greater management control, improved signalling performance and better value for money”.
