Bruce Hiscock has been appointed as Managing Director of MITIE Security Systems, the electronics division of services firm MITIE Security.
He joins from electronic security solutions provider Protec Plc where he was Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director before its merger with Quadnetics Plc.
The firm reports that MITIE Security Systems will focus on integrating its old Watch Security Systems and Intruder Security operations under the new MITIE Security Systems brand besides enhancing its portfolio of CCTV, Access Control and IP products.
MITIE Security, which earlier this year acquired the Initial Security, the UK guarding arm of Rentokil Initial, claims that it is now the UK’s second largest provider of total security solutions combining manned guarding and electronic security systems.
