ST15 event dates

by Mark Rowe

Professional Security Magazine has announced the details for next year’s Security TWENTY series of conference-exhibitions. The dates and places are:

Tuesday, February 3, Nottingham
Wednesday, April 15, Bristol
Thursday, July 9, Newcastle; and
Wednesday, October 28, Heathrow.

All ST15 events like ST14 and ST13 are free to attend including free buffet lunch and tea and coffee at breaks.

Magazine MD Roy Cooper said of the ST14 series, that ends at the Park Inn Heathrow on Tuesday, October 28: “They have proven to be very successful – both exhibitors and visitors are asking us to do more of them. Hence four events next year. And we decided to go back to venues that we know, and that work.” He added that the events were what the industry had been asking for – regional events. ST15, like the ST14 and ST13 series of events, will aim to put installers, consultants and specifiers, and security managers from all fields, in touch with exhibiting companies and to offer speakers updating on the latest laws, rules and regulations, standards and case studies and industry trends. Speakers in 2014 have included Bill Butler, chief executive of the Security Industry Authority, and Tony Porter, the new Surveillance Camera Commissioner.
