In south London, Lambeth Police working with Lambeth Council have sought an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) against Gary Stewart, age 25 (pictured) after he regularly used foul language and was violent against residents and staff of a local hostel in Vauxhall. The ASBO was granted by local magistrates in February.

Mr Stewart is prohibited from:

• Entering Graham House, 62 Bondway SW8 1SF or the area enclosed by Wandsworth Road, Embankment, Bondway and Parry Street

• Using abusive language directed at the staff of Graham House.

• Drinking alcohol in any public place within the London Borough of Lambeth except in Licensed premises

• From urinating and defecating in any public place except in a designated public toilet.

• Swearing, shouting, threatening and abusing members of the public at any time.

• From being drunk and disorderly in any public place within The London Borough of Lambeth.

• From being in possession of any unsealed vessel containing or purporting to contain alcoholic liquor in any public place in The London borough of Lambeth, except in licensed premises. If you witness the individual in breach of these orders, you can report him to Lambeth Council’s Community Safety Service on 020 7926 2733 or the police on 999.
