£34223 – £38522 per annum
The Security Services Manager (Operations) will be responsible for managing a large and diverse team of professional Security Officers in delivering a 24/7 Security service to the University of Bristol community and estate.
You will support the Head of Security Services in providing professional, specialist and technical advice to both Academic and Support units within the University, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, statutory requirement and / or University policy.
The Security Operations team are responsible for delivery of a wide range of services, including:
* Security Patrols, (both foot and mobile) across the University estate and the Student Halls of Residence.
* Provision of Alarm monitoring, CCTV surveillance and associated services via a modern 24/7 Security control room.

* First responder services, Alarm / Emergency response and First Aid provision

* Liaison with the Emergency Services and associated external Agencies.
The University is an accredited ‘Secured Environment’
