Voice of customer event

by Mark Rowe

Vista CCTV held a ‘Voice of Customer’ event in late February at Coombe Abbey Hotel, Warwickshire, as the first in a series of events planned for 2019.

The day started with meeting many key clients and enjoying a lunch while catching up. Then, it was down to business with an update on Vista’s product and marketing plans, including an overview of the Optio CCTV range and the company’s latest VK2-PVM10 cameras.

Optio is all about simplifying CCTV, the firm says. From choosing products for an application, to installation, to operation by the end user, Optio has no complicated or unnecessary features, the suppliers say. The VK2-PVM10CAM is a ten-inch monitor with 1080p H.265 IP camera. The PVM range offers a visual deterrent to thieves, against shrinkage and already in use across the retail sector; the range of applications is varied the suppliers add.

The meeting finished with gathering useful from customers in a series of workshops, before freshening up and enjoying a mediaeval banquet.
