Executive forum in London

Phelim Rowe of CTG Intelligence has organised the fifth annual executive security and CP (close protection) technology forum. It’s running in central London on Thursday, January 30.

As at previous events by Phelim, speakers from the UK and beyond, including heads of corporate security, are due to discuss security in the round – physical, information and cyber security, whether by people, or technology. The title of the day; executive security as the key to effective business operations. Particular topics include travel security; and preparation for UAV (drone) attacks.

Some of the invited speakers include Andrew Farquhar, Managing Director UK, of the contract guarding company GardaWorld; Mike Lycett, Group Head of Security and Risk, De La Rue; Gavin Wilson, Head of Risk Advisory Services, Wilson James; Jacquie Davis, Operations Manager, Optimal Risk; and on technical counter-measures, Jason Dibley, Director, QCC Global. Chairing the day again is Mike O’Neill, Managing Director, of the consultancy Optimal Risk.
