Sunderland agreement

by Mark Rowe

Hadrian Technology has been appointed as one of the suppliers of CCTV services on a building services framework agreement for Sunderland City Council.

That will see Seaham-based Hadrian provide CCTV repair and renewal works as part of a wider framework of repair and maintenance services for buildings owned and managed by the Wearside council. In total, six CCTV suppliers have been appointed to the framework and it is anticipated that the contract of work will last for four years.

It comes months after Hadrian was named as the North East’s highest-ranking firm in the Financial Times league table of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses – The Financial Times 1000. Earlier this year, Hadrian Technology was also named an Inc. 5000 Europe company.

Hadrian co-founder Gary Trotter, pictured, said: “The pressures on local authorities have never been greater and with such a diverse property portfolio to manage, including commercial property developments, leisure facilities and council offices, cost effectiveness and quality of service were critical to Sunderland City Council’s decision. We’re delighted to have been appointed to deliver CCTV installation and repair services as part of the building services framework and look forward to working with Sunderland City Council over the next four years.”
