One Bishops Square, pictured, is in the Spitalfields market area on the fringe of the City of London near Liverpool Street station. Designed by Norman Foster and built in 2004, it features client meeting rooms, client dining suite, three atriums, three roof terraces, a restaurant and bar, lavender gardens and gym, fitness and health facilities. Assessment of One Bishops Square led to a SABRE Rating of ‘Excellent’ and a SABRE Score of 89.98 per cent.

BRE describe the scheme as a security risk management standard that can be applied to new construction projects and in-use facilities. It is used by property developers, building owners and occupiers to measure and evaluate how well they manage security risks and to communicate their security credentials to the market.
