M&E service partner

by Mark Rowe

At Broadgate, a 32-acre mixed-use pedestrianised neighbourhood in central London, ABM Technical Solutions has been appointed as M&E service partner.

Jointly owned by British Land and GIC, Broadgate hosts over 100 cultural events a year. A £1.5billion investment into the neighbourhood will deliver 4.9million square feet of new and refurbished workplaces, retail space and restaurants.

ABM says it will ensure that Broadgate remains compliant, as well as a comfortable place for tenants and visitors alike. With a taskforce of 75, the technical services provider will offer on-site management and contract support.

Nick Tanti, Technical Solutions Interim Managing Director at ABM, said: “We are looking forward to a successful partnership with British Land at this iconic city neighbourhood. Their investment in both new and refurbished buildings makes a great environment for not only modern workspaces, but areas that can be used by the general public. We recognise that Broadgate’s world-class service delivery to their tenants is the standard to achieve and we are proud to be one of their chosen service partners.”
