The property investment and development company, Segro, has opted for multiple XFP fire panels from the UK manufacturer C-TEC at its new east London site.
With over 275,000 square feet of industrial space, Segro Park Rainham consists of 42 solar-powered units designed for start-ups and small businesses. Each unit features the XFP 16-zone addressable fire alarm, an NC951 emergency assistance toilet alarm and an electric car-charging unit.
Dave Keegan, Sales Director at Fire Action, the specialist fire safety installation company that completed the install said: “Segro Park Rainham is an important regeneration project for London and we were delighted to be involved. We opted for C-TEC’s XFP as it is EN54-certified, easy-to-install and very cost-effective.”
