CBRE contract win

A three-year guarding contract with the commercial real estate services firm CBRE has gone to Servest Security, part of the services contractor Servest Group.

The contract will see Servest provide reception, manned guarding and mobile patrols to 11 properties in the UK managed by CBRE Asset Services UK. Michael Lamoureaux, pictured, the Bury St Edmunds-based Managing Director of Security at Servest, said: “I’m delighted that Servest has been selected to secure CBRE’s buildings, having demonstrated to the client our innovative solutions, excellent sector knowledge and focus on enhancing the guest experience at every property. This award further strengthens our capability within our corporate sector and gives us the opportunity to further showcase our fresh and innovative approach.”
