The contractor OCS has been awarded a three-year contract by PPG Aerospace. The contract, which started in October, sees OCS providing security, cleaning and catering at PPG Aerospace’s Shildon site in County Durham.
This is the latest contract OCS has won with PPG across their UK sites, including Birstall and Morley in Leeds, Trigate in Birmingham, Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland and Wigan, which mobilised earlier this year. The range of services OCS provides to these sites includes security, office cleaning, window cleaning, specialist cleaning, vending and pest control.
Emma Cobbold of PPG said: “We aim to provide the highest possible standards for our staff at our sites and are pleased to be working with OCS to help us achieve this.”
And Bob Taylor, CEO for OCS UK, said: “We are delighted to secure another contract with PPG and expand our service provision across their aerospace business. OCS shares PPG’s aim to deliver high quality, good value products and services to its clients and will continue to drive this in the new contract.”
PPG Aerospace offers sealants, coatings, packaging and application systems, composite transparencies, and chemicals for paint removal and cleaning to the aviation sector.
