We require a manager for our brand new state of the art monitoring station based in Havant. The position offers an excellent salary and the opportunity to be involved in the set up and launch of a new ARC/RVRC.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Previous experience of managing an ARC or a busy multi function control room.
• Strong knowledge of control room/ARC legislation including Data Protection.
• Strong understanding of compliancy and health and safety standards.
• Proven management skills.
• Understand CCTV equipment and applications.
• Experience of selecting equipment and installation companies.
Responsibilities:
• Securing NSI Gold and or SSIAB standards.
• Day to day management of the ARC control room.
• Management of a team of circa six control room operators.
• Maintain the technical security systems in the ARC.
• Maintain strong relationships with emergency services.
• Meet with clients and customers to ensure JPIs and SLAs are exceeded.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 p.a
