Due to the expansion of their existing team, this leading Fire & Security Systems specialist are looking for a Service Coordinator to join them at their Oldham office.
Responsibilities
• Log all incoming service requests from customers, via calls and emails
• Organise and prioritise work to ensure maximum productivity
• Accept calls on client portals and issue ETAs
• Ensure that all jobs are allocated and prioritised in a timely manner
• Effective planning of client PPMs to make sure that SLAs are met
Required
• At least 2 years’ administration experience within a busy service engineering department or a similar industry
• Flexible and adaptable to change whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Strong IT skills, including being a competent user of Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently with colleagues and customers
Package
£19,800 - £21,800 (DOE) + benefits
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00
