This UK based company are a well-established and highly successful security integrator working at an enterprise level with blue chip clients. They are now looking for an experienced Service Administrator to work within the Birmingham based office to support the service engineering team.
As the Service Administrator you will support the service managers and engineering team on a variety of duties including scheduling maintenance visits, arranging emergency call outs, managing resources, timeframes, and budgets along with administrative duties, maintaining company documentation and handling financial queries.
The Role:
• Responsibility for the deployment of engineers and resources as required to best ensure the delivery of multiple, large-scale projects.
• Be the focal point for communications between the company and the customer.
• Ensure customer SLAs are met at all times.
• Process service documentation and raising invoices on completed work.
• Procurement on replacement and new parts.
• Basic quoting from engineering paperwork.
• Managing engineering diary across various regions.
• General administrative and office duties.
• Proven work experience as a Service Administration or similar role.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• IT literacy, preferably in MS Office. Specifically, high level of knowledge in MS Excel would be beneficial.
