We are working with a top security systems integrator who offer large-scale IP CCTV and access control projects to several global enterprise and blue-chip clients, both in the UK and internationally. They’re looking to grow their team with an experienced Field Service Manager to help manage a skilled set of Service Engineers in London and the South East.
An excellent opportunity to join a top, national integrator who are continuing to add key accounts to their, already strong client portfolio. With a lot of larger-scale projects and some in higher-security sites, the FSM will need to be professional and able to pass security clearance.
The Role:
• To proactively support and assist the Service Delivery Manager
• Administration and line management for a team of Engineers and Coordinators
• Provide systems design and quotation on small works projects within the company for new business and existing clients
• Procurement on equipment for small work projects and to assist in the smooth running of the service department
• To be the focal point for communications between the company and the customer during realisation with reference to building customer relations
• Responsibility for the deployment of engineers and resources as required to best ensure the delivery of multiple projects
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the security industry from a service delivery perspective
• Experience in team management either engineering or office based
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• IT literacy, preferably in MS Office. Specifically, high level of knowledge in MS Excel would be beneficial
• Experience in the delivery of multiple projects and service contracts
Package
£45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance
