Daniel, from South Derbyshire, held a number of sales positions across the UK mainly in the cold roll-forming industry, including sales representative with VKF Renzel and sales engineer at Metsec.

He also held positions of sales representative and sales manager at The Hadley Group, a global cold rolled steel specialist based in Smethwick, West Midlands. Most recently, Daniel worked as business development manager for EWS Manufacturing Ltd, a manufacturer and supplier of cold rolled products.

A sales specialist, Daniel holds a number of qualifications in sales and business development. He has also completed a Metallurgy for Non-Metallurgists training programme.

Daniel, pictured, said: “It’s an exciting time in the company’s development and I am looking forward to playing my part in driving sales forward, developing both new and existing relationships and being part of The Expanded Metal Company’s journey.”

Philip Astley, managing director at The Expanded Metal Company added: “We are delighted to be welcoming Daniel to The Expanded Metal Company.
