by Mark Rowe

The Expanded Metal Company, has received accreditation by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) for its ExMeshTM 3m high SR3 fencing.

The twin-skinned expanded metal mesh fencing system meets the LPS 1175: issue 7 standards and has been accredited to a security rating level 3 (SR3).
Alongside the fencing, the company has also received the same accreditation for its ExMesh SR3 gates. The inward opening single and double leaf padlockable gates installed with the ExMesh SR3 fencing system is the firm says a combination for a security perimeter.

The Expanded Metal Company officially launched the ExMesh SR3 product range at the Security and Counter Terror Expo in April in London. Samples of the SR3 product range were on show.

Carl Heathcote, Security Sales Manager said: “We are all excited about the SR3 complete fencing range and the official launch at the counter terror show, we know there is a great need as we have already had tremendous interest from all areas of utilities, Banking, MOD, Rail and Government sectors, we look forward to working with the installers and end users who will be using the ExMeshTM SR3 range.”
