Hotel room safe locks at Transec

by Mark Rowe

BloXsafe is presenting its locks for hotel room safes at Transport Security Expo, offered with Mul-T-Lock’s cam locks. BloXsafe is a patented lightweight locking system with anti-tamper features that clamps onto the front of a safe, to provide sole access to the owner.

Fitted with Mul-T-Lock’s cam locks, pictured, to offer mechanical assurance alongside patented key protection, BloXsafe is operated by permitted users with extra keys only copied on presentation of an authorisation card to a registered Mul-T-Lock dealer.

Martin Dubbey, Director and creator of BloXsafe and former Head of Crime Intelligence said: “BloXsafe has been designed in response to the increasingly direct threat of business espionage, highlighted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with significant impacts on the global economy, at a time when it is only just showing sensitive signs of recovery.

“When researching the locking solution to complete BloXsafe, there was only really one potential in Mul-T-Lock. As the global leaders in patented security solutions, their cam locks are perfectly flexible to suit the design and with the addition of single key entry we believe we offer the ultimate in patented personal safe and secure storage facility that we’re looking forward to presenting at Transport Security Expo.”

Steve Ross, Managing Director of Mul-T-Lock added: “BloXsafe is undoubtedly an innovative creation designed in response to a very serious issue. With the addition of Mul-T-Lock’s cam locks and the benefits associated with patented key security, this is a powerful tool in the fight against business espionage and the transport security expo is a perfect opportunity to showcase our combined solution.”
