Gate training courses

by Mark Rowe

Trade Skills 4 U, a UK provider of electrical qualifications, is to become an official supporter of the Gate Safe campaign. The charity will be working with Trade Skills 4 U to deliver Gate Safe Aware training from its Crawley headquarters, besides continuing the Gate Safe training that runs at various locations around the UK.

Gate Safe founder Richard Jackson, pictured, said: “we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the training offering via TradeSkills4U and welcome the opportunity to be associated with the UK’s premier electrical training provider with an established reputation for excellence. Gate Safe’s mission has always focused on educating professionals involved in an electrical gate installation to help them appreciate and understand the prerequisite protocols to deliver a safe installation. Trade Skills 4 U has already helped thousands of people to develop successful careers working in the electrical sector and we are hopeful that by joining forces, there will more Gate Safe Aware installers in the field to help raise the standards of safety for automated gates.”

And Trade Skills 4 U MD Carl Bennett said: “Trade Skills 4 U is committed to offering superior quality training to both those hoping to start a career in the electrical sector as well as those already working in the field but who may be looking to enhance their skills set and build upon existing knowledge. Any training, which equips our delegates with an improved understanding of critical safety issues relevant to their industry, is to be welcomed. The reality is, the higher the number of Gate Safe Aware installers in the field, the lower the risk of another fatality occurring. We are looking forward to working with Gate Safe.”
